✅ Returns & Eligibility
🚚 Delivered Orders: Customers who opt for our delivery service may request a return within 48 hours of delivery only if the appliance has a manufacturer defect in functionality. The appliance must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
If you wish to cancel or return an order before delivery, the order is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
🏬 Pick-Up Orders: All sales are final for customers who pick up their appliances. We do not accept returns or exchanges for pick-up orders.
🔄 Return Process If your delivered appliance qualifies for a return due to a manufacturer defect, please follow these steps:
📞 Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.
🧾 Provide proof of purchase and details regarding the defect.
📦 The appliance must be in its original condition, free from any damage, installation attempts, or modifications unless performed by Blue's Appliance professionals.
🚛 Our team will arrange for the return pickup.
💰 Refunds & Fees
✅ Approved returns due to manufacturer defects will be processed with no restocking fee.
❌ Delivery and Haul Away fees are non-refundable.
⏳ Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
🛠️ If your appliance arrives with a manufacturer defect in functionality, please notify us immediately upon delivery.
🔄 We will work with you to replace the item or resolve the issue as per the manufacturer's warranty.
🚫 No Returns Accepted for:
❌ Pick-up orders
❌ Appliances that have been installed, used, or modified by anyone other than Blue's Appliance
❌ Clearance or final sale items
❌ Any reason other than a manufacturer defect in functionality
⏳ Any issues arising after 48 hours should be addressed directly with the manufacturer as per their warranty policy.
