Our standard delivery rate is $99.99 for locations within a 50-mile radius of your nearest Blue’s Appliance location. This includes delivery and basic installation to the first accessible floor of your home or business through one main entrance.

📈 Additional Fees May Apply For:

🔺 Deliveries requiring stairs or multiple levels.

🚪 Extra entry points or maneuvering through tight spaces.

🏡 Complicated property access (e.g., narrow hallways, elevators, or gated communities).

📍 Deliveries beyond 50 miles will incur an additional charge—please contact us for a quote.

📆 Delivery Window

Customers will receive a scheduled delivery window. While we strive to meet all estimated times, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather may cause delays. Blue’s Appliance is not liable for any inconvenience due to delivery delays.

📍 Customer Responsibilities for Delivery

✔ Ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present at the time of delivery.

✔ Clear the pathway for safe and unobstructed access.

✔ Inspect the appliance upon delivery for any visible damage or manufacturer defects before signing off.

🚫 Delivery Limitations

❌ We do not remove old appliances unless a haul-away is purchased at $39.99 per appliance.

❌ Delivery teams will not alter, remove, or modify cabinetry, doors, or any structural elements.

🔧 What’s Included?

✔ Basic connection of standard appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges) if proper hookups are available.

✔ Testing of the appliance to confirm basic functionality.

✔ Removal of packaging and minor debris from the installation site.

💲 Installation Accessories Are Additional

Any necessary accessories (e.g., water lines, gas connectors, vent hoses, stacking kits) are not included and must be purchased separately if required for installation.

🚨 What’s NOT Included?

❌ Modifications to electrical, gas, or plumbing connections.

❌ Installation of built-in or custom appliances (e.g., wall ovens, cooktops) unless specified.

❌ Drilling, altering countertops, or cabinetry modifications.

❌ Running new gas, water, or electrical lines.

💡 All installations must comply with local codes. If the site is not installation-ready, our team may refuse service, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

🔄 Requirements for Haul-Away

✔ Old appliances must be completely disconnected and ready for pickup upon arrival.

✔ The path to the appliance must be clear of any obstacles.

✔ We do not uninstall or modify gas, water, or electrical connections.

❌ We do not remove built-in appliances unless specifically arranged.

❌ Any appliance not ready for pickup at the time of delivery may require a rescheduled pickup with additional fees.

✔ Our team will take the utmost care during delivery and installation. However, Blue’s Appliance is not responsible for damage to flooring, walls, doors, or property due to inadequate clearance, pre-existing issues, or customer negligence.

✔ Any claims for damage must be reported immediately upon delivery or installation—claims made after our team leaves will not be accepted.
