Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed, prepared, or in transit and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Requests submitted after this period may be denied or subject to applicable fees.


Returns

We offer a 5-day return window on all products.

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery or pickup date. For shipped orders, the return window begins on the confirmed delivery date provided by the carrier. For local delivery or pickup orders, the return window begins on the date the product is received.

All returns require prior authorization. Customers must contact us within the 5-day period to obtain approval before returning any item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.


Condition of Returned Items

All returned products must be in clean, like-new condition and free of damage.

Items may be returned after installation; however, they must not show signs of misuse, damage, modification, or excessive wear. Products must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories when available.

Any product that is damaged, altered, missing components, or not in resellable condition may be refused or subject to additional deductions.

All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund approval.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Additional deductions may apply if the returned item requires cleaning, repair, repackaging, or cannot be resold in its original condition.


Shipping, Delivery, and Return Costs

All original shipping, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping or pickup costs. For freight shipments, return freight must be arranged and paid for by the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items

All products must be inspected upon delivery.

Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

After 48 hours, all issues are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned product has been received and inspected.

All applicable restocking fees, delivery charges, and return costs will be deducted from the refund.


Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.

Customers are responsible for verifying measurements, fit, and installation requirements prior to purchase and installation.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
