Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes we do! We have partnered with Synchrony, SNAP, Acima and American First Finance.

Do open-box appliances come with warranty?

Yes! All of our open box appliances come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. For more information, click here.

How often do you get new inventory?

Our inventory changes frequently. If we don't have anything that you like in stock, we recommend checking back weekly.

Do you offer delivery and installation services?

Yes! We offer delivery and installation service up to 50 miles from our locations.

Where do you get your inventory from?

Our inventory comes directly from the manufacturers. It can be open box, scratch and dent or overstock. We have testing agreements and each unit is inspected and tested as soon as we receive them.

What is your return policy?

Delivered orders may be returned within 48 hours only for manufacturer malfunctions. Pick up orders are final sale. A 20% restocking fee applies to cancellations or returns before delivery. Delivery and haul away fees are non refundable.
